By signing up for a New Rituals class, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions as a Client.

Limit of Liability
Maximum Damages. Client agrees that the maximum amount of damages he or she is entitled to in any claim relating to this Agreement or Services provided in this Agreement are not to exceed the Total Cost of Services provided by Provider.
Indemnification. Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Provider and its affiliates, employees, agents and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to Services and/or product(s) Provider provides to Client.
Risk. Client releases New Rituals and Lexi Kafkis from any responsibility and/or liability concerning the application, processing, and/or consequences of the yoga practices, meditation states, breathwork practices, or the cannabis consumptions that I elected to participate in.
Understanding the risks of yoga, breathwork, and cannabis consumption, Clients release New Rituals its employees and its agents harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical and/or psychological) or transmission of a communicable disease that Client might incur as a result of the service provided and Client agrees to voluntarily participate understanding these risks and their outcomes.
The client also affirms the understanding the above-described activities that I am healthy enough to participate.
Age. By signing up for our age-restricted events, Client agrees they are of legal consumption age, which is 21+ in California and New York. If under the legal consumption age, the Client maintains responsibility for falsifying age.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Shows
Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Shows. If you can no longer make the event date and time, we are happy to apply your class credit to a future event of equal or lesser value if you let us know before the start time of the event. We do not offer refunds on classes purchased.
